Scott Lewis, MBA, CIM®

VP and Portfolio Manager

Scott Lewis was appointed Director of Private Wealth Management Services at Louisbourg Investments in September 2014 and is now a Vice-President of the firm. With the help of the investment team, he manages the assets of high-net-worth individuals and families and oversees the development of this segment for the company.

Before joining Louisbourg Investments, Scott managed his own private wealth management firm, which he founded in 2008. Prior to his investment industry career, he served as general manager of a marine transport company with global operations.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bishop’s University and an MBA from the Université de Moncton. He also holds the chartered investment manager (CIM®) designation. For four years, he wrote a financial planning column for the Moncton-based newspaper Times & Transcript and has been published in and interviewed for various industry publications.

Scott is also very involved in his community, including as a board member of Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. He is a past chairman of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce, sits on the Moncton Events Committee and is involved in raising funds for various local charities.
