We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team.

As a leading investment management firm established in Atlantic Canada, Louisbourg Investments works with institutional and private wealth clients from offices in Moncton, Halifax and Vancouver. With a focus on high-quality investment management and advisory services, we have grown to more than $2 billion of assets under management.
This role will be based in our Moncton office. The selected person will be an important contributor to our client servicing activities. In this role, the person will meet-and-greet clients, maintain client files including account opening documentation, coordinate the preparation of client reporting packages, communicate professionally with clients and key stakeholders, coordinate and schedule client meetings, and assist with other back office operational functions or other special projects as required.
The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be autonomous in their work, have strong attention to detail, and can successfully manage several tasks simultaneously. The individual must enjoy working in a smaller entrepreneurial firm and function best within a highly motivated, results-oriented team environment. Bilingualism (English and French) is essential.
The required qualifications include post-secondary education in a related field and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior experience in the financial services industry would be considered an asset.
